Begin Pre-Screening Process
Thank you for your interest in becoming a La Cuna Foster Parent. The decision to
bring a child into your heart and home is an important one. Not every applicant
meets all the criteria required to become a certified parent.
Please take a look at the sample questionnaire below. If you can answer Yes to all
the questions, we encourage you to call our office and register for an orientation.

~ Do you have a valid CA driver's license or, if active military stationed in San
Diego, do you have a valid drivers' license from your state of residence?
~ Do you live in San Diego County?
~ Have you been completely free of any felony convictions in your adult life?
~ Have you been completely free of any misdemeanor conviction in the last 15 years?
~ Has your home been completely free of any domestic or relationship violence?
