Missions and Goals

The mission of La Cuna is to ensure that Latino foster infants and toddlers grow up safe, happy and healthy. We also strive to develop best practices that improve the lives of Latino children in foster care across the country.

Our goal is to encourage reunification of La Cuna foster children with their biological parents whenever possible, and if not, then to ensure that they are adopted into a loving home. During the child's time in our care, we strive to ensure that each child experiences only one foster care placement.
